Getting your hotel
ready to work.
Onboarding is included with your subscription. We help set up the property, rooms, and initial users, primarily through email.
1. Confirm the basics
Tell us the hotel's name, room structure, facilities, authorized contact, and initial users. Confirm monthly or annual billing and any additional-user or portfolio quote before activation.
Use the public Gold demonstration to explore the workflows first. Its login instructions are on its sign-in page. Do not put real hotel or guest records into the demo.
2. Prepare the workspace
We help configure the property, rooms, and initial accounts. Choose a small, practical starting workflow—such as work orders and room walks—so the team can establish a shared routine.
We handle setup questions primarily by email. When a particular issue benefits from a conversation, a call can be arranged. Standard onboarding does not include an external integration or an open-ended custom data-conversion project.
3. Bring the team into the routine
Introduce staff to the workspace, agreed responsibilities, and the way your hotel will use priorities and statuses. Keep each person's access current. Review the first work records together and make sure the hotel's naming and room structure are understood.
Support during business hours
Business-hours email support is included. Your onboarding information will confirm the support address, hours, and time zone. Until then, use the contact form and select An existing account or Getting started.
Include the hotel, affected screen, steps to reproduce the problem, and the approximate time. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary guest information. The standard service does not include an emergency hotline or a guaranteed immediate response.
