These Terms govern access to the public LodgeMind website operated by Horton Technologies LLC. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. Customer access to LodgeMind applications is governed by separate account, subscription, services, or license terms.

You may not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, probe systems without authorization, transmit malicious code, scrape at disruptive volume, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate law or third-party rights.

Public demonstrations may contain fictional or resettable data and may change without notice. Demonstration environments are not intended for production, confidential, personal, payment, health, or guest information.
