Are features restricted by plan?
No. Every subscription includes the complete LodgeMind platform. The plans differ by hotel and user capacity, not by feature access.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing includes two months free: $990 per year for Single Property and $1,890 per year for Multi-Property.
What happens when we add a fourth hotel?
We will move you to a Hotel Group plan with a rollout and support structure tailored to your portfolio.
Is implementation included?
Standard onboarding is included for Single Property and Multi-Property customers. Larger portfolio deployments receive a defined implementation plan.
