Structured requirements
The fifteen-question assessment collects property type, portfolio size, room count, workflow maturity, mandatory capabilities, integrations, implementation priorities, and budget context.
LodgeMind Report is designed to explain why a product is eligible, why it fits, where evidence is weak, and what a buyer still needs to verify.
The fifteen-question assessment collects property type, portfolio size, room count, workflow maturity, mandatory capabilities, integrations, implementation priorities, and budget context.
Mandatory requirements can exclude a product. Region, property segment, required integration, required capability, and budget rules are applied before fit scoring.
Eligible products receive a deterministic fit score from versioned rules. Identical answers against the same catalog and scoring version produce the same result.
Vendor claims, independent verification, customer reports, disputed findings, and unknown fields are distinct. Missing evidence reduces confidence instead of becoming an assumed failure.
AI converts the stored deterministic result into a readable explanation. Validation prevents AI from adding vendors or changing eligibility, rank, fit scores, evidence confidence, or sponsor treatment.
The generated narrative is stored with the assessment, catalog, scoring, prompt, and schema versions. Repeat access returns the stored result rather than generating a new recommendation.
Paid sponsorship may purchase clearly labeled visibility, an enhanced profile, or a qualified lead introduction requested by the hotel operator. Sponsorship cannot purchase a higher organic score, remove a competitor, or change assessment eligibility.
LodgeMind Report is operated by LodgeMind, which also develops hotel operations software. LodgeMind is subject to the same catalog, evidence, scoring, uncertainty, and correction rules as external products.
Published vendor profiles contain a correction form. Submitted material enters an editorial queue. Existing reports are versioned and are not silently rewritten when the catalog changes.
